(Re)-Connect with yourself

Yoga is much more than a physical practice, it enlightens the mind and open links to the soul.

Who I am

Born and raised in France, I moved to Ireland in my early twenties hoping to learn English. I didn't know that this place would become my home and that I'd never want to move back.

Since then, I have been hopping from jobs to jobs, but never really finding a passion until Yoga came into my life.

At first, it just felt good to practice once a week. It helped me relax in challenging times at work and get some movement in my body.

Then lockdown happened in 2020 and I truly believe that Yoga kept me sane during these times. Being far from family and friends, not knowing when I'll be able to see them again, seeing many people lose their jobs... all of that and more put me under pressure and Yoga helped clear it out. During practice time, I would forget about everything else and just focus on myself, my body, my breath.

I knew then that I should do everything possible to be a Yoga Teacher, which became reality in January 2022. Since then I've also completed a Yin Yoga Teacher training in January 2023.

After about two years teaching, I noticed that my style did not really evolve anymore and decided to push my studies further. In March 2024, I completed my 300 hours Yoga Teacher Training in France. I learned a lot about movement and mobility training and started adding some of these learnings into my practices and my classes to help move the body in many different ways.

My teaching style

I truly believe that Yoga should be accessible to everyone, no matter how old, how flexible, how in shape you are.

I tailor my classes to you, so that you find something in each of them to take home.

Sometimes challenging, often playful, I encourage everyone to experiment and move as you feel right, and to learn more about YOUR body.

Details on Yin Yoga: Yin is a slow pace, deep stretching yoga practice. Poses are held from 3 to 5 and sometimes 10 minutes for a deep release. It is a good practice to complement any physical activity.
